Now i received a letter from. The insurance company. With a outstanding bill. I had issues with my insurance company. So now im not really working and im in school. I dont have the amount of money for the bill. What should i do? Also will my license be suspended ?
A: If a person has an accident in Tennessee they are required to submit a form Owner/Driver Report to the State. The form includes information on proof of insurance /financial responsibility for the accident. You can find the form online. If one does not submit the report or does not provide proof of financial responsibility then their license will likely be suspended. I'm sorry to not be delivering better news.
