Q: If I don’t fight a possession of Marijuana charge will it go on my record ?
Thing is I only had two blunts but the people who I was with had more than me and I believe the cop charged me with the amount they had is there anything I can do about that or just pay the citation if it DOSENT go on my record ? (Never had a felony or anything like not even a speeding ticket ) I was in sparks county when this happened and have to appear in court on March 24
