Q: Just purchased a 2003 bmw. My boyfriend drove it without permission, left him a note not to drive it now it's been seize

I had no knowledge of what he was doing only had the car 5 days haven't drove it much because I need to replace a part I am sure he cooperated with reach drugs were found magnitudes under vehicle which I hadn't looked under it please help

A: Cannot understand your question, but I can tell you this. If it was seized for transporting drugs, then the boyfriend went to jail and your car is subject to Forfeiture. Call both the Police/Sheriff and the local Department of Safety Legal Office and ask if there is a Notice of Seizure under boyfriend's name, your car, or your name. You must post a Cost Bond and a Claim for the Property with them very quickly to get a Hearing. You will also have to convince them that you knew nothing about the drugs, which you may not be able to do. You can do this without a lawyer, but you must act quickly and with a purpose.
