Q: my car was hit parked i have no insurance but the wreck is not my fault, the other driver is at fault and insured.
My car was parked on the eastbound shoulder of the interstate and another vehicle traveling eastbound entered the shoulder and struck my vehicle. Will i be able to get a claim even when i had no car insurance?
A: You should have a claim against the driver that hit your vehicle.
