Q: My wife and I are getting divorced and she has her own lawyer.. Do i need to hire a lawyer or nor
Me and my wife are pretty civil.. 11 years later we are more friends than lovers.. I sat with her lawyer and we split everything 50/50.. I took on my 20k debt in return for 15k of my wife's 401k.. We already signed are papers and been submitted to courts.. I asked for copies for my records..
My question really is can anything go wrong.. I asked questions about qdro to her lawyer and she just responds she still working on it.. She also advised that I don't need to show up to court in july.. Is this normal or should I consult my own attorney
