Q: My husband is blind and requires a driver who is employed on a as needed basis . His works from home and travels .

His boss set a meeting at the main office which my husband made plans to attend and less than 24 hrs before the meeting she asked him to stay another 2 days. His drIver can not pick him up because it was not planned and obviously he can not drive himself. Can they legally do this when they hire you knowing ur disability and knowing u can’t just jump into a car urself .
