Q: How does a man divorce his wife if been separated for 6 yrs and live in different states and havent spoke or seen each
Other at all. Need help!!
A: I am not licensed to practice in Georgia. However, based off your facts, it sounds like you can try an uncontested divorce if you have no address and no way of contacting your soon-to-be ex wife. I would seek advice from a local legal clinic at a law school (if you live close to one) or by contacting your county's local Bar Association. The Georgia State Bar may also have a referral program to help you find counsel in your area. Best of luck!

A: Try to contact her and see if she'll sign papers. If she won't, contact an attorney where she lives and file for divorce.
