Philadelphia, PA asked in Domestic Violence for Pennsylvania

Q: Had altercation with BF, told cops I DID NOT want to press charges. BF arrested on warrants for missing PO appointments

bc there was miscommunication due to previously scheduled, much needed, medical appointments that PO was aware of. BF was only given one day notice by a card in the door of PO appointments since he got out 4 months ago on probation. BF rev'd a summons for harassment other than physical where my name is not stated, just referred to as "subject."It says he kicked "subject" which is false. He bit, punched and slapped me aka "subject." Sarcastically, BF recorded a video on my phone where he said he did all the things I claimed when I threatened to call cops. Cop emailed video to himself. How do I ask the magistrate to drop charges as this is now a police contact? I know I am a witness or a "subject" but cops even stated I had no visible marks. He has been in jail over a week now when I just wanted to leave to cool off.
