A: A 19 year old is an adult and she can move if she wants to. Whether or not that is actually a good idea, is a different question.

A: I agree with the other attorneys, and in particular that it may not be a good idea. Many young adults are choosing to remain at home with their parents to save money for college or a down payment on a home... And if she lives in her parents home, she should expect to abide by their rules. That's fair.
