Q: I need help BAD and ASAP! PLEASE! I am 43 yrs old and never in trouble in my life. Never arrested...until judge mccord

Threw me in jail over a city citation. So many things are wrong with my case I really need someone to HEAR me and help me. They are now writing the citations in my fiancees name and backdating them..not giving him conference with solicitor and telling him hes going to trial. This was first one written to him. Now we both have to be back in court june 11,2018. They are trying to send us both to jail at same time. I dont know what to do. I am running out of time

A: Any citation is an accusation charging you with a misdemeanor offense or a city or county ordinance violation which can range in punishment from a fine and up to 12 months in jail. You never mentioned what you were charged with or the jurisdiction. I would encourage you to contact a lawyer in the jurisdiction where the charges are pending.
