Q: My brother who is 13 and lives in Georgia got nude pictures from his girlfriend.

Her grandmother found out and called the school. Then after he got another one she talked to the police today and can choose to further the investigation. We are not sure what these charges could be or the conquences they could have on him and our family?

A: If his girlfriend is under the age of 18 than your brother is in possession of child porngraphy, if he shared the photo with anyone else than is he is distrbuting child pornography. If the any of the photos depict or the girlfriend informs the police that your brother engaged in sexual acts with the girl, than if she is under 16 years of age he could be charged with child molestation or aggravated child molestation, and/or statutory rape.
