Took place. I won't be able to make it back to the state I was charged. What can I do. I also want it to be off record and its a secret from BF.. Has to be. What can I do. Offensce in Georgia
A: If the first offender was successfully completed than it is restricted off your record. However that only effects the GCIC or state controlled computer. It has no effect on information that is on the internet or otherwise available to the public. You can apply to seal the record at the courthouse but again this will not prevent access to information already available on the internet.
