Orlando, FL asked in Child Custody and Family Law for Georgia

Q: Can my mom legally take and keep my kids from me without me signing anything

My mom has taken my kids I've been trying for a couple of months to get them back with no results and she is threatening me with dfcs out of spite if I call the law not to mention she is going against every court order and switching my older son's medication without my consent and my younger son got stitches while in her care and I wasn't notified she's using my kids as a control tactic

A: If you are in Florida, you need to be asking Florida attorneys for assistance with this. If there is no court order, you should probably try just calling the police to assist.

A: I agree with my colleague. There are facts to your case that need to be reviewed in detail in order to help you plan the proper course of action. You should consult with an attorney who can review the facts and provide you with the best options. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558 HomerJordan.com
