Q: I have an open investigation with DFACS. My child's father has received paperwork for custody of my child. I didn

I haven't received paperwork. The accusations haven't been proved true. Is this legal for them to do? Can I sue for this? I feel like this is defamation of character and slandering my name. He has not legitimized my son either. I haven't received any kind of paperwork from the DFACS either.
