Q: Can a police officer take your cell phone without a warrant and not give it back? The phone has pics to help my case.

Aggravated child abuse charge

No probable cause other than bruises found at day care that weren’t there before kids were dropped off.

Officers have verbalized they cannot obtain warrant and after asking countless times over the course of a week still refuse to give the device back.

The device holds pictures that can help prove innocence and they (cops) know that.

There have never been any prior issues with law or DHR or the day care before.

The police have uprooted my life and stolen every thing that matters to me this has to do with more than just a phone.

Police have lied and do not want to Persue the day care for any wrong doing they have refused to roll back in Cams at Day care.

Police during the interrogation called the mother a “pos” mother I’m sure you understand what that stands for. To her face and harassed her verbally and completely destroyed a family. No wrong doing or probable cause. The children are fine no injuries suffered, but have been taken from the home.

A: You should be discussing this with your criminal defense lawyer instead of an attorney on a blog who does not know all the facts and nuances
