Q: My wife is refusing to sign the mutual divorce decree can I still get divorce without her signature??
We been legally separated for past 6 month and we both are not demanding anything from each other, we have no kids and nothing to claim but she suddenly decided not to sign divorce paper.
She is the one who officially wanted me to leave her house so she could divorce me and all suddenly she is changed
Can I still get it one sided without her approval ?
