A: You did not state the reason for the Stop. The Stop, Detention and the Arrest all need to be closely examined by a competent attorney. Any amount of an illegal substance in your system is going to be bad, so why did you take the Blood Test ? You need a good Preliminary Hearing, Discovery and a Motion To Suppress.
