Q: I have a charge possession of stolen property with a firearm... what do I do
A: You did not say if you knew the property was stolen or if you stole it. Do you know the actual owner? Was it a misunderstanding? Was the property abandoned? Can you make full Restitution now? What does the firearm have to do with the Charge? What is the Property's Value?These and many other questions need to be answered to the inquiring competent attorney you are going to hire prior to your first appearance before the Court.
