Q: How do I get my last felony conviction expunged

It happen in 2009 I have completed my 8 years Probhation oct 18 2018 all fines and restitution paid

A: There is no expungement for convictions. So, first you need to get Congress to change the law.

A: You cannot get a conviction expunged. If the case was a first offender case it does not count as a conviction. If you were eligible for first offender, and you were not offered it there is an ability to go back an get first offender retroactively.

A: Did you do first offender? If not, why not? You may be eligible for retroactive first offender, however. I need more information to see if that is possible.
