Q: If i sign my parental righta over to someone else wont they have drop case

I lost my kids almost a years ago due to a false drugs tesr an refused another. My caseworker constantly tells me an my mom ome thing an lawyers an court another. If i sign over my parental righta to thw kids to a family member and im out the picture womt they have to drop the case

A: It is not as simple as signing your rights over to someone else. The Department of Children and Family Services will have to approve any placement unless there's a court order of custody otherwise.
