Can he file for postconviction??? Even thou everyone involved in the situation knows he is guilty.

You can always file for something; however, whether you get it depends on the District Attorney General and the presiding Judge.
You should consult with a local criminal defense attorney or get a public defender or someone that does pro bono work if you cannot afford one.
