Denver, CO asked in Divorce for Colorado

Q: After 14 months, and 4 months separation, filed for divorce.

We have no kids, no property, and no accounts. No shared dept either. Her dad got an attorney, I have been out of work for 6 months, no income, no money. I live with my mom now. She has gotten an attorney, and wants to mediate, but I can't understand for what. I provided my sword financial statement and they are asking for 3 years of tax returns, my w-2s, and last paycheck stub from 2017. Married for 14 months, and they requesting 3 years? Is that right? I cannot obviously afford an attorney. I have been selling items to file the paperwork and for the mediation meeting. I feel stuck and don't know how to proceed.

A: The papers her attorney is requesting are required by Colorado disclosure law. You should just go ahead and provide them.
