Debarment for Failure to Pay
Any successful bidder who cannot pay the required deposit at the time of the
judicial sale or who fails to pay the balance of the bid or other required costs of the
judicial sale within the time required by the clerk will be reported to the judge who
ordered the judicial sale. The court may enter an order debarring that bidder from
participating in future judicial sales for a period of time, up to one month, or longer if
such conduct is found to have been repetitive within the past 12 months.
