Q: error in my criminal court case

in 2014 i went in front of a judge with several charges, "i have never been in trouble before" the judge and da agreed to drop all but 1 charge which was poss sch2 oxycodone. they also agreed to put me on a judicial diversion, along with a 5 year state probation sentence, i have one year remaining on my probation, no violations! all court fees are paid in full! i was just informed through my probation officer he had to papers contradicting one another and i needed to straiten out these issues one paper stated i was on a judicial diversion and the other did not state it at all, i called the court house, the also stated i was not??? i am more than certain of what the judge said to me like it was yesterday, no one will help i dont even know who to turn to at this point , im turned in so many different directions with no leads PLEASE HELP ME

A: You need to contact a competent attorney now to examine the Judgment of Conviction or its (hopefully) Deferment. He will be able to check out what the PO says, and possibly schedule a Court Hearing to complete or change what was previously Ordered and put down of record.
