A: All law libraries located in the county Court houses and public law schools are open to the public. You maybe even able to find what you are searching for at your local public library. Good Luck.

A: All law libraries are not open to the public unfortunately. The ones that are operated by unified court systems (your local courthouse) are generally open to the public. Privately operated ones, such as those owned by law firms and private law schools are generally not open to the public. The best way to find out about a particular library would be to call them. If you are in the vicinity of a law school, you could contact the law librarian/reference desk and ask if as a courtesy they would permit you to use their resources on a limited basis. Based on their size, public libraries could have legal or self-help law sections as well as online legal resources.
