Q: What happens if neither driver is insured and we go into an accident?
A: You will be personally liable for damages resulting from your negligent driving and, in addition, you could loose your licenses.
A: Your question is vague as to who damaged whom, whether there was bodily injury or just vehicle damage, and whether "no insurance" means ZERO insurance (not even PIP and property damage liability as required by law) or instead just means no bodily liability insurance. Whatever the case may be, though, when someone negligently causes damage/injury, you can sue, and the judgment against him/her may or may not be collectible.
