Marietta, GA asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Georgia

Q: My children's mother is leaving we separated in april with my kids as well as hers how can I go about getting custody

Before I loose my children completely. We were together seven years I have two kids with her which I signed every paper in the hospital both times accepting responsibility that they are mine voluntarily. We recently separated she put me out so because I won't go back I feel this is the move she's taking to go to Ohio where I have no idea other than state where they be she's already sent my son ahead with her mom last week and my daughter is still here with her. Her lease is up and she just started a job I only found it because I call every weekend and she text me this info Saturday morning as I was checking up on my kids. I'm gainfully employed for almost four years at the same company and due to paying majority of everything with her im starting over in life with my place and keeping my vehicle current. I'm not sure what my options are but I need to get my son back here and my daughter to stay. Her mother already has her oldest son loving with her since I've known her and before.
