Q: Will child support court factor in your otherchildren in your household when setting a child support amount against you?
Ex wife is seeking child support for our child, I have 4 other children. 2 I pay child support on and 2 I raise at home with me. Are my other children I support put into consideration when the court determines an amount against me?
A: Any you supported in your home or pay child support for before 5he one with your ex wife are considered. Any who were born after or for whom child support was ordered after the one with your ex wife are not considered.
