Mount Airy, NC asked in Divorce, Family Law and Child Custody for Georgia

Q: Looking for aggressive counsel in complicated custody case

I'm looking for a lawyer who's willing to aggressively handle a complicated case where father has primary as the result of a bogus eval by xxxx (he says possible schizo, among other things, in his eval, but his tests were invalid and a seperate, valid eval by a Dr. xxxx completly disputes that). The GAL, father, and opposing counsel (initials of opposing counsel are B. A. S. ) have been highly unethical in getting visitation reduced repeatedly using false reports to judge and false police and DFCS reports). I need as much of a bulldog as B.A.S to get as much time with my child as I can.

A: You certainly need to consult with an attorney right away to combat these allegations from the psychological evaluation and any false allegations made against you. The longer you delay in obtaining competent counsel, the worst this situation is likely to get. You should speak with an attorney to go over the specific facts of your case to determine what their strategy of moving forward will be to address your concerns.

A: You should consult with an attorney who can review the facts of your case in detail and help you plan the proper course of action. You should also re-consider posting the details of your case online with the names of the people involved. Best of luck to you. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558 HomerJordan.com
