Q: I received a citation and a speeding ticket which I have to go to court for, all in 1 day. I'm 18 will I get my DL sus?

A: Your license can be suspended if you receive two moving violations within a 24 month period and if you are under 21 years of age. You may want to bring a lawyer with you to Court.

A: If you receive two moving violation convictions within a 24 month period your license will be suspended. Court Supervision is not a conviction and you are allowed two Court Supervisions in a 12 month period. If you are that concerned, I suggest hiring an attorney to assist you with this matter right away.
