Q: 17 year old Daughter lives with me (mother) and she works (4pm-11pm) during
her fathers visitation time (Friday 3p- Sunday 6pm) Father said he can’t pick her up Fridays during his vistation and take her to work nor pick her up Father said he can pick up our daughter on Saturday after her work schedule. Do I have a say in this? Can he do that?
A: You have less than a year left of co-parenting with him. If he wants to pick her up Saturday after work, let him.
Homer P Jordan IV agrees with this answer
A: I agree with my colleague, she's 17 and this is likely an issue not fighting over. I'd go ahead and let him do the pickup on Saturday after her work schedule. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558 HomerJordan.com
