Q: I went to court plead guilty for a ticket have to pay 306 can I request a continuance if I do not have the money to pay?

A: Typically, that is not an issue. If you are able to make a partial payment as a showing of good faith that may be beneficial.

A: The Judge will either give you additional time or enter a judgment against you. If a judgment is entered, you will have 30 days to pay or the matter will be sent to collections. I suggest appearing in court with some sort of payment.
