Milton, FL asked in Employment Discrimination for Florida

Q: Settlement with Uncle Sam

I pursued a position within the Federal government in three different occasions, not knowing that I was discriminated all the time on basis of national origin. I have voluminous records showing the employees of the agencies hide evidence in the discovery, obstructed my competition, employees and attorney misled the Court through documentation and altered the content of emails, which was corroborated in three instances. Incredibly, the evidence corroborating my argumentation was provided by the Agency to a Judge who thought it was sent from my part. As a consequence the Judge sent all that evidence to me. Everything was unrestricted and the Agency’s lies were uncovered, exposing all of them.

The Agency still refuses any wrongdoing and refuses to offer any settlement. Now the judge still wants me to be present at court to work in a settlement.
