Freehold, NJ asked in Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Health Care Law and Medical Malpractice for New Jersey

Q: it is complicated so I'll try to make it short. I am disabled, primary disabilities are severe anxiety and depression

I came up on JSUM Center wait list for charity care dental in 7.2017. I only recently remembered this as I had to go in for an emergency appt and said I recalled that I should already be on the list. Short of it is they have lied even while I found original pw, found out via human relatios that in2017 I missed 1 or two appts...that was a time then I was decomprensating mentally very rapidly and do not remember much . Just recently getting my feet on the ground. the clinic will not let me back in and is making me wait 18 month again..without telling truth of my missed appt or giving change to explain ....there seems to be no one to contact that s of any authority in addition during first emergency visit they did more harm then good as they said I was getting root canal but did not and shaved toot without assessing my pain, what that would do to my bite, which has affected several teeth on other side of mouth and given serious migraine, They are being punitive will not return phone

A: Unless it is a public entity a dentist does not have to treat you and can refuse you as a patient or make you wait.
