Behind the bar and grabed an employee by her arm and threatened here then retreating out back door.so owner had police go to our residence and inform her know banned from all his properties and businesses.she has already came back the same day spoke to police and was caught trying to enter through our back door then front and parked for over 4 hours in our employee parking lot. I also have multiple pics. And also have videos and police willing to testify in my behalf about the false top. They were there night before 3 times because she called them to make me leave (i still dont know why she was even mad except drunk) the first time they made her leave. Also she admit to pulling kitchen knife on me and moving and destroying my property. Then not even ten min they gone she came back and start again this time going to jail. She blew a 1.0 which got p.i. on top of drugwhat can i do. I also have a year and half of messages that are belittling . volger. Having to ask to use my money. Etc...
A: I would suggest contacting an attorney to be with you at your order of protection hearing as it sounds like she could manipulate the situation.
