Q: I would like too know why I have a life time GPS where others who have worst cases than me have them removed.
My parole is over in 2020 and ones who have life time GPS have there's removed after they are done.why is it I'm not ?
A: Comparing your case to others is an exercise in futility. I cannot tell you how many clients tell me some version of "my cellie did this that and the other, and only got X amount of time". What those stories don't account for is that people brag or people leave out some rather significant details to the story. Since it is not yet 2020, how do you know that you won't join the ones who have had their GPS removed upon completion of parole?
