A: If you are having trouble getting legitimized through the court on your own, it may be your best bet to save up your resources to hire an attorney. I recognize that lawyers are expensive, but we know the legal process and are often able to cut through a lot of the red tape to get results efficiently.

A: You don't necessarily have to hire an attorney to represent you. Some attorneys charge a consult fee for in depth consultations that provide guidance and options.

A: Many attorneys will work with you, so if you are able to pay by credit card that may help. Additionally, as a colleague pointed out, you may want to save up so that you can then seek the process once you have enough saved. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558 HomerJordan.com
