Q: We had an original joint custody agreement with our children but I now have them can he change it
I signed a price of paper stating I had all day educationally and they’ve lived with me full time for a while now and he’d get them on the weekend. We cannot agree on a good schedule for an up coming event so he says he’s changing it back to the original decree. Can he do that and can I do anything
A: Yes, he can go back to the original order. That is the only thing that is binding.
