Q: Can I register a trademark called "INSTAMAKER"
Hello, I'd like to know if a business name coined from the word insta & maker is possible. I am aware that the "Insta" trademark is owned by instagram, but does that stop me from being able to name my company INSTAMAKER. I would like to know before I get started, so I don't go in and get in trouble from the big guys, thanks.
