Asked in Criminal Law for Tennessee

Q: Need help in a criminal peliminary hearing so I don't get in trouble and sent back to jail like they did before to me

I'm not sure if I can properly represent myself and I don't have any money to pay for the legal fees and because my family bonded me out for $187.50 for Christmas I have to pay for one or do it myself and still possibly get my bond revocted for no reason except that it is just what the Circuit Court Judge of that County does. I sat days in jail even 2 days extra after case was dismissed just because the judge didn't want to sign my paperwork and I knew before I got put in jail it would be dismissed. But judge to my "bond" which was a book in book out no money bond and locked me up said he appoint me a public defender since I can't afford one and then order the officer to take me into custody. Then public defender said he didn't want to represent me and he did but was very mean to me it was not professional behavior and I was actually told last time I seen him not to say anything about my case after I was released or they can and will recharge me. Needing help so this won't happen agai

A: I would suggest consulting with a local criminal attorney immediately about your situation.
