Q: I have two pending cases but the clerk of courts sent a guilty verdict to the State of Ill

The State has revoked my driving privileges because of this I'm being punished for something that is still pending.can I get my charges dismissed because of this.

A: No But you can get the convictions removed for now by notifying the clerk of the error.

A: You cannot have them dismissed but you really need to get them fixed right away. You may want to consider hiring an attorney to assist you with these matters.

A: The conviction on your driving record may be due to you missing a court date and a Bond Forfeiture conviction being entered . You should contact a lawyer in your area to remedy the problem. He will need to check the court file and SOS to determine why this happened.
