Q: My son lives with me and bought a dog. Can he sue me if I get rid of the dog

Son does not take care of the dog which is why I want to give to a loving family

A: Yes, he can. It is not your dog. If you believe that the dog is being abused or neglected you can report him to the appropriate local or county authorities and they can remove the dog.
