got a ticket for speeding last year and had court supervision and traffic school in Illinois. If I just got a ticket recently for not fully stopping at a stop sign, will the judge let me do court supervision again? Or will it go on my record for my insurance to see

A: The circumstances you have described would not disqualify you from requesting supervision. It’s always up to the judge but it is not an automatic denial

A: You can technically receive court supervision twice within a 12 month period, but it is not automatic, it is at the judge's discretion. An attorney may be able to assist in securing a second order of court supervision.

A: You are allowed two Court Supervisions in a twelve month period but the second Supervision is not guaranteed. You may want to consider hiring an attorney to assist you with the new ticket to increase you chances of receiving Court Supervision a second time.
