Asked in Bankruptcy and Estate Planning for Georgia

Q: As trustee of trust and property owner in individual capacity. Can I file chap 7. Property schedules for FC April 2

Fulton county. Property was placed in a trust for estate planning purposes under 1982 garners st Germain act. So can I file 7. Chp 11sf individual. I thought we were working something out..not responding now. I had a legal name change. When his attorney modified note

..I gave new legal name change. The note was put in my old name. Even though it was legally changed. Also the incorrect trust was put on original closing. The correct trust wasG&C New Beginnings trust. The trust asset is the property at 1803 Moores mill road. Atl 30318. The trust walking in the word..is the trust that closing attorney put on the deed and note. My life partner was dying of cancer and I didn't realize it. Walking in the word trust asset was a wells Fargo bank account that was closed about 4 or 5 months ago. The only asset was that bank account. So the trust is no longer in existence. Can this foreclosure be contested if it goes through. The lender has been told and not corrected the errors.
