You shouldn't say anything!!
You need to get an attorney because it gets real tricky.
All search warrants must state the time and date of issuance. O.C.G.A. § 17-5-22.
So, the failure to set forth the time of issuance of the warrant MAY be a fatal defect in certain circumstances, however, there are some exceptions that may very well apply to your case. Get an attorney please this sounds like a pretty interesting motion.
