A: You are allowed two court supervisions in a twelve month period. If you are under 21 and you receive two moving violation convictions within a 24 month period, your license will be suspended. If you are 21 or older and you receive three moving violation convictions in a 12 month period, your license will be suspended. Court Supervision is not considered a conviction. If you are really concerned about this new ticket, you can hire an attorney to assist you with this matter.

A: They can revoke your court supervision and enter a conviction due to the new violation. As far as suspending or revoking your driver’s license - it would take 2 convictions within 24 months if you are under 21 years old. 3 convictions within 12 months if you are 21 or older.
