I get the feeling that he is trying to pull a fast one on me. If i move out do i forfeit any community property, and can he take my car that he bought me but is in his name? That is what he is telling me

A: Car purchased during the marriage is also community property. He's not filing for divorce because he doesn't want to pay spousal support.
