Q: We broke up. He isnt the owner but said he got him licensed? I pay everything and all paperwork is in my name. What

Do about this? Hes never paid for any care for my dog...all vet paperwork, etc shows im the owner. How could he get a dog license if the dog was never his? My address is on everything as well. What can i do about this, if anything? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
