Do about this? Hes never paid for any care for my dog...all vet paperwork, etc shows im the owner. How could he get a dog license if the dog was never his? My address is on everything as well. What can i do about this, if anything? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
A: You can bring a civil lawsuit against at your local magistrate. In your complaint state the facts of ownership and request that the court find in your favor.
