Q: what if there was no court ordered visitation after the paternity and child support was ordered? She just stops visits

she allowed me to see him up until last November. Since then she has changed their residency several time along her contact information so i couldn't even check on my son or have any contact with him. She did finally did unblock me from fb messenger temporarily, She gave me her cell phone # and i was informed he was in school and i could speak to him later. I spoke with the school principal and he informed me that he had been pulled out of school early one day over a week ago and had not been back. I found out that she had checked him in to a mental institution. When i tried to retrieve my son and collect a copy of his records. They refused even though I had the proper papers to prove i was his biological father. The lead Dr threaten to put a 96 hr hold on him ordered by the judge if continued to try and have him released to me. When i inquired about why he was placed there, for what he was being treated for, and why the request for the hold. She informed she hadn't read his
