Houston, TX asked in Criminal Law and Civil Rights for Louisiana

Q: my boyfriend helped a stranger that was messed up on drugs get to her so called house which really wasn't

She lied to him and said she lived there even had 1 working key but couldn't find the dead bolt one so he took out an a/c to get in then put it back then she fed him. He ended up dosing off but got woken up by the landlord bc they seen her leave and was told that she didn't live there so he ended up getting charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling when he really didn't break in or take anything nor hurt anyone. Is there anything he can do to prove his innocents?

A: Hire a criminal attorney. Interesting defense.
